In my opinion, one of the best games for PS1.  Yeah, possibly one of the best JRPGs I played.  

I never used to play rpgs until I played this back in 97-98.

Yes, The entire game is splited on three parts : the three discs.  Because the game was too heavy to be contained into only one disc, especially because of cinematics. 

You need to download the three one to have the full game.

Maybe you should look for this one...

At some point the game will ask you to change the disc : select system - change disc
