Special forces S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team's helicopter malfunctioned and crashed during their mission, disappearing into the Arklay Mountains. This and what happens to them is told in the story of Resident Evil Zero. Now, S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team is sent on a mission to investigate a series of murders around Raccoon Forest. Spotting the Bravo team's helicopter, or what's left of it, they land nearby and investigate the surrounding area. Unaware of what they might expect, one member is attacked and devoured by zombified dobermans. The rest of the team, with a little bit of luck, find shelter in a nearby mansion, not knowing it was probably better to stay out.

You play the entire game with one of the two selectable characters, Chris Redfield, or Jill Valentine. The starting point is the lobby of the mansion the three surviving S.T.A.R.S. members just stepped in. After a short while, the team decides to split and search for any possible survivors or anything useful that may help them break out of this dreadful place. To their amazement, they encountered an enemy they never were trained to confront, zombies. There is only one mission to be considered now: survival.

The GameCube and the later Wii versions are largely a remake of the original Resident Evil for the PlayStation, with some additions. While the floorplan of the returning locations is almost entirely unchanged, several new areas have been added in, extending your stay in the mansion. A new enemy, Lisa, has been added to the game, making your trips outside of the mansion much more dangerous. Finally killing a zombie is now no longer good enough to put them to rest. They must be destroyed totally with fire or else they will rise again; faster, deadlier, and madder than before.

The 2015 PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows version called Resident Evil (also known as Biohazard: HD Remaster) is a remastered version of GameCube remake of the original Resident Evil with enhanced graphics and sounds, widescreen support and an alternative control scheme next to the default one. Additionally, when starting a new game, the player can choose between original character models, or Chris and Jill models from Resident Evil 5 which came after the original GameCube release.

Un très bon remake du tout premier Resident Evil de 1996. Les graphismes sont nickel surtout pour un jeu de l’époque par contre quand on y joue très jeune (j'avais 7 ans), il fout une trouille de monstre.

Je ne me lasserai jamais de cet opus, je trouve les suivants moins savoureux que celui-ci, la loi des premiers est validée avec cette série. Pourtant un effort a été fourni avec RE7 mais je préfère le premier et ces remakes. Peut être suis-je nostalgique ?!

J'ai découvert la série grâce à cet opus, j'avais 8 ans et le jeu me faisais tellement peur que je n'osais pas quitter le spawn !

 

Ce jeu est magnifique par son ambiance, ces graphismes et son histoire. Dommage que ce soit le seul opus aillant eu le droit à un remake de cette qualité

J'avais moi aussi le problème de l'écran noir et pour le régler il suffit, comme c'est mentionné en haut, de passer à la version X86. Et pour le faire il faut cliquer sur émulateurs en haut à gauche et de cliquer sur "télécharger des émulateurs" juste en dessous (une icone avec une flèche pointée vers le bas) et ensuite chercher Dolphin et choisissez la version x86.

Ce remake est remarquable et profite au maximum des capacités de la console. Les décors sont magnifiques et la modélisation des persos est parfaite. Sans parler des jeux de lumières qui sont saisissants.

C'est assez impressionnant de constater, même si y'a beaucoup de pré-calculé, que ce jeu sorti sur Gamecube en 2002 tient encore la comparaison graphiquement avec des jeux sorti en 2021.

Salut, pour tous ceux qui ont un bug avec DOLPHIN x64, vous pouvez jouer sans avoir à installer une version 32bit :

 

Allez dans "Option" > Paramètres Graphiques > Hacks > Buffer externe d'images > DÉCOCHEZ "Enregistrez les copies de l'XFB vers la texture uniquement.

 

Sur RETROARCH :

Révélation

C:\RetroArch-Win64\saves\User\Config > Editez GFX.ini et à l'onglet [Hacks] ajoutez ces 3 lignes >

SkipDuplicateXFBs = True
XFBToTextureEnable = False
ImmediateXFBEnable = False

Bonjour à tous

J'ai bien décoché la case mentionnée plus haut, et configuré les lignes de l'émulateur également, mais j'ai toujours l'écran noir sur la version Pal du jeu !

Je joue sur un mini PC avec Batocera. Pour ceux qui jouent sur Batocera ou Recalbox, pouvez vous m'aider svp ?

La version anglaise du jeu fonctionne avec dolphin 5.0-21140 ... j'etait tout content la mais en mettant la version Europe, je crache a nouveau au meme endroit qu'avant ! ...suis saoulé ! 

"DÉCOCHEZ "Enregistrez les copies de l'XFB vers la texture uniquement" ne suffit pas. ca me met un autre message d'erreur derriere. Voyez par vous meme.

mais jai tout de meme reussi comme je le dis plus haut a lancer la version anglaise!

Le même problème pour moi. J'ai tout essayé. Par contre je ne vois pas où tu as installé la version anglaise, il n'y a qu'une seule version de ce jeu sur RomStation.
