Players take the role of the GGs, and can choose between any member of the gang, each with different stats, while in gang HQ. The city of Tokyo can be leisurely explored without a time limit, but the heat will be turned up when story missions are activated and the GGs find themselves being challenged by rival gangs or under attack from the cops. This time around spraying no longer requires thumbstick inputs; just roll up and start spraying away, although large tags still require more cans than smaller tags. Each section of the city has hidden objectives that are revealed by finding a hidden tape, and once completed these challenges will unlock new graffiti patterns.

In multiplayer modes players can challenge each other to races, point battles, and other competitions both in zones from the single player game as well as in special arenas.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King is a traditional Japanese-style role-playing game with random enemy encounters, simple turn-based combat mechanics, and management of a party consisting of four characters, each belonging to a clearly defined class. Unlike its predecessors in the series and most Japanese RPGs in general, the game features a continuous world with fairly vast landscapes and integrated towns and dungeons, as opposed to world map traveling and locations represented by icons. The game features full camera rotation and optional first-person view. Like in the previous Dragon Quest games, many objects can be interacted with; for example, barrels can be physically lifted, carried, and broken, to reveal items hidden within.

In addition to experience points, the player receives skill points from battles, which can be manually allocated into a skill category of the player's choice. These categories include three different kinds of weapons, fisticuffs, and a discipline unique to each character. After a required amount of skill points has been invested into a particular category, the correspondent character learns a new ability or becomes more proficient with the chosen weapon. The Alchemy Pot system allows players to gather recipes and mix items to create new ones.

The international version of the game features several updates to the original Japanese version, including voice acting, graphic menu, symphonic soundtracks, and flashier effects.

Dante's Inferno is a video game based on the first canticle of the Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri. Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex is the first Crash Bandicoot game for a system other than the original PlayStation. The story is set sometime after Warped: Dr. Cortex wants revenge after being defeated by Crash (again). For this purpose, he creates Crunch, a super-bandicoot who can destroy everything that crosses his way. Crunch's power source is a set of magical masks known as the Elementals, each representing a different element, including Earth, Water, Fire, and Ice. The warp room splits levels into their respective elements, with the boss of each section being a battle against Crunch influenced by the Elemental mask of said section.

The game is a typical jump and run, with some other action passages, like air combat and a sequence where Crash is trapped inside a giant sphere rolling around in some sort of rollercoaster. All graphics are in 3D, and the sound is typical for cartoon games like this. The whole game is pretty straightforward in design, getting stuck on a puzzle is not really possible.

Fuzion Frenzy is a party game with six arenas and more than 45 different mini-games for up to four players to partake in. Fuzion Frenzy provides real-time play for all players in both the main game and the mini-games, no waiting for your opponent to take their turn.

More features to add replay value include scalable rules for all of the mini-games, secret games to unlock, support for your own custom soundtrack and dynamic environments to change up the levels each time.

The player takes on the role of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa or Apu and tries to uncover a mystery surrounding mechanical bees that are taking over Springfield, mysterious vans, and cola that can control the minds of those who drink it.

Like GTA, the game follows a linear-based path through fifty plus missions. The player will have to chase cars and find out where they're headed, grab all the spilling cola cans before people can drink them, and chase down villains before they get away.

Throughout the course of the game, the player can unlock tons of rewards by completing missions in a set amount of time or performing outstanding stunts.

All voiceovers are performed by those who act in the show, including Dan Castellaneta (Homer), Julie Kavner (Marge) and Yeardley Smith (Lisa).

The game supports multiplayer action for up to four players.

Heart of the Alien is the sequel to the game Out of this World, also known as Another World. The story picks up immediately after the end of the first game. You begin as Lester and his alien friend, "Buddy," land their pterodactyl in the ruins of Buddy's village. Lester was knocked unconscious in their escape, so Buddy lays him down on a cot to rest. The people who used to live in Buddy's village remain enslaved, so he decides to go on a mission to free them. Thus, you control Buddy as he sets off to free the people and find a way to send Lester home.

Buddy controls somewhat similarly to how Lester did in the first game. He has some new moves that are provided by his powerful energized whip. Buddy can swing from ceiling in some instances, for example.

As a bonus, this Sega CD disc includes the original Out of this World, so that you can seamlessly play both adventures as if they were one long game.

Luffy finds new members for his Strawhat pirate crew while challenging dangerous foes on his way to the fabled One Piece treasure, along with several character-specific stories for Luffy's companions. As in Dynasty Warriors, the player battles a crowd of enemies before facing a boss character. The entire crew of Strawhats is playable (Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Usopp, Sanji, Nami, Tony Tony Chopper, Nico Robin, Franky, and Brook) along with Portgas D. Ace, Edward Newgate, Boa Hancock, and Jinbe.

Panzer Dragoon is set in a distant oppressive future. The Dark Dragon needs to be destroyed, and you, Keil Fluge, are aboard a dragon and armed with a powerful weapon to do so.

In this shooter, you ride an armored dragon on a predefined path with 360º of freedom (you can rotate and zoom in and out). This path takes you through an aquatic setting, through a tunnel and over a forest, and into combat with giant worms, wasps and flies. Each level ends with a boss. In a idea influenced by the film Blade Runner, cutscenes use a fusion language combining elements of German, Latin and Japanese.

Spy Hunter 2 is a fast paced action racing game that features the innovative ability to transform into 3 different vehicles which, allows you to navigate through 16 diverse environments such as ragged snow covered mountain ranges, tropical swamps, and rugged dirt and freeway roads. Armed with an upgradeable arsenal of futuristic weaponry, you are on a quest to end the terrorist organization called “Nostra”. Team Budokai Tenkaichi 3 Crossover is a rom hack of the legendary game that is Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, almost everything has been redone, especially the casting of characters with Mugen sauce, we can see Naruto, One Piece, Mario, Sonic, Shrek, Pokemon and many other characters that have absolutely nothing to do with the work of Toriyama. It also includes improbable fusions and some anime music.

You play the role of Torque, a death row inmate with an ambiguous past who has been imprisoned for slaying his ex-wife and children. Shortly after being interred in a new prison on Carnate Island, an earthquake appears to release demonic creatures based on the many modes of execution used in the sordid history of the island. These creatures proceed to eliminate much of the prison population, leaving only you and a scant few other inmates and guards to eliminate the horde and find out what has happened.

This shooter retro pack from Banpresto contains: Tiger Heli (1985), Kyukyoku Tiger - also known as Twin Cobra (1987) plus the all-important Arcade-vertical mode on all games and some excellent remixed soundtracks.

Probably more aimed at hardcore retro shooter fans and collectors though due to the extreme difficulty of the titles on offer here - older Toaplan vertical shooters are still renowned for their toughness.

Also note that the compilation is monikered #1 which at the time boded well for further re-releases of classic Toaplan shootemups.. but alas, as far we know No.2 in the series, or any other further volumes failed to materialise.

Prince of Persia is a third-person action-adventure game that starts a new trilogy. The player takes on the role of the Prince, who searches for his donkey, Farah, carrying unimaginable treasures. After a sandstorm, the Prince falls into a canyon and meets Elika, a princess with magical powers. Together, they must stop Ahriman, the God of Darkness, and his minions from taking over the world.

The game features sword fighting, wall climbing, spike dodging, puzzle-solving, and more. Unlike the previous trilogy, the Prince cannot rewind time and faces one strong enemy at a time. Elika helps the Prince by using her powers to set him back to the beginning of jumping puzzles and in fights, jump further distances, and show him the way to go next. The game also features Quick Time Events, cel-shaded graphics, and heavily stylized characters.

In Kingdom Hearts players step into the very large shoes of Sora, wielder of the keyblade. Sora can attack with the blade, and as he levels up he will gain more attacks that are automatically chained together. Sora can learn magic and put healing items into a quick menu, and both can only be used in real time. Donald and Goofy (as well as an additional character exclusive to each world/disney movie) will follow Sora. Their equipment and AI can be adjusted, but they can not be directly controlled. Defeated enemies will drop many kinds of items including synthesis materials. Sora can take these to the Synthesis shop in Twilight Town to turn them into usable items, accessories, and weapons.

Traveling between each world requires Sora's party to fly through space in a Gummi Ship. The Gummi Ship can be completely customized, from speed and armor to weapons and shape, out of parts picked up from destroyed Gummi Ships, found in worlds, or bought from a store. Larger, more complex ships can be built as the game progresses, and plans can be found from destroyed enemies or from an NPC that will automatically build a Gummi Ship of specific specifications.

Dark Kahn seeks to merge the DC universe and Mortal Kombat universe into one reality, forcing hero and villain alike to form unlikely alliances in order to keep their realities separate before they are consumed by "The Rage", a force that causes an individual to lose their minds and be consumed by their aggression.

In this arcade-style fighting game, both DC and Mortal Kombat universes are represented by 10 champions each, and one "boss" character, for a total of 22 fighters. Play is similar to the 2D Mortal Kombat games (with some 3D elements), focusing more on the special move aspect than the complex combos found in the previous three games (Deadly Alliance, Deception, Armageddon).

In addition, there are new modes of fighting found with in the gameplay: Klose Kombat, Freefall Kombat, and "Test Your Might", which use the environment as a mini-game style scenario to inflict stylized and extensive damage on an opponent, as well as "Rage", which turns standard moves into a devastating opportunity to crush your opponent. Players battle through such locales as Gotham City, Metropolis, the Shaolin Temples, or Earthrealm's Hell.

As with any Mortal Kombat game, Fatalities are still present for the Kombatants and villains, though slightly toned down to meet the DC standards of heroes such as Superman and Batman keeping to their moral code and not killing their opponent. As a result, the DC heroes perform "Heroic Brutalities", which effectively put their opponent out of commission.

Rabbids Go Home is the fourth entry in the Raving Rabbids series. Unlike the previous games, which were mini-game compilations. The Rabbids, now living in "our" world, surmise that their home is the Moon. They decide to travel there by the only way they know how: building a large pile of junk so high that they will be able to climb up to the giant orb in the sky. In order to get the junk, the Rabbids travel through various urban environments in a shopping cart, collecting as much random stuff as they possibly can while avoiding an increasingly hostile human populace.

The player controls the shopping cart as the Rabbids move through each level. While holding down A, the cart picks up speed, but at the cost of losing control. When blue sparks appear under the cart, the player can press the B button to perform a boost, which allows the cart to jump over across gaps and other obstacles using ramps, or smash larger items into more grab-able pieces. The player can also yell at enemies, which either destroys them completely or knocks much of their clothes off. The player uses these and other moves to navigate through cities, shopping malls, office buildings, hospitals, and many more environments. The game includes a very eclectic licensed pop soundtrack as well as multiple ways to customize the Rabbids.

Call of Duty 4 is a fresh entry in the franchise, featuring the original developers. In this game, players assume roles as a British S.A.S. squad member in Europe and a U.S. Marine in the Middle East, combating fictitious global terrorism. While it maintains its military FPS roots, this installment introduces a fictional modern-day setting, modern enemies, and weapons. The game offers diverse campaign missions with two different soldier perspectives and includes multiplayer modes. The single-player missions provide varied tasks, with an extensive weapon selection catering to various playstyles. Notably, the game departs from the id Tech engine, opting for a proprietary 3D engine with advanced features like physics, dynamic lighting, bloom, and depth-of-field.

Hitman: Contracts is a third-person stealth game. Players take the role of "47", a hitman who is unlucky enough to get shot, and falls to the floor dying. The whole game takes place in "flashbacks", where 47 is reminiscing about past missions, some of which were previously seen in Hitman: Codename 47, the first game from the Hitman series.

Gameplay in Hitman: Contracts is similar to the previous installments. Your job will be to complete several missions which involve assassinating targets all over the world. You can sneak around in disguise to avoid the suspicious guards, or you can instead open fire on everyone you see. When you complete your mission, you're given a rating - from "Mass Murderer" up to the coveted "Silent Assassin". If you manage to complete a mission with a "Silent Assassin" rating, you receive a reward: a special weapon (such as dual sawed-off shotguns), and you can try playing a previously completed mission using one of the special weapons.

Ultra Street Fighter 4 is a 2.5D fighting game and the 4th update to the Street Fighter IV series. It features five additional characters, stages and character tweaks based on community feedback. This title update also features brand new modes.

Ultra Street Fighter 4 features 3 new mechanics - Ultra Combo Double, Red Focus Attack and Delayed Standing. Ultra Combo Double allows players to choose both of their character's Ultra Combos at the cost of doing less damage. This gives players more options in their tactics and play styles. Red Focus Attack is a Focus Attack that absorbs multiple hits. By holding the usual Medium Punch and Medium Kick buttons, plus the Light Punch button, the player's character will flash red as they charge their Focus Attack. It is still subject to the same weaknesses as the former with Armor Breaking moves and throws. Delayed Standing allows players to alter the timing of their character's wake-up, when they are getting back on their feet.
