Je suis tombé sur tes posts par pur hasard ( va savoir si c'est vraiment du hasard ) et j'ai rapidement survolé pour saisir de quoi il s'agit Je ne vais pas donner des conseils et des infos (et j'en aurai à donner) car je ne connais pas assez ton histoire ni quel âge tu as Mais une partie de ce que tu vis , je l'ai vécu, j'ai traversé des périodes de flou absolu où mon existence même semblait brumeuse , décousue et dénigrée par les personnes les plus proches autour de moi Antidépresseurs et anxiolytiques, j'ai connu ça, en ayant la chance de pouvoir garder le contrôle dessus globalement J'ai appris assez tard que l'anxio que je prenais existait en forme liquide, ce qui m'a permis de doser au compte goutte le sevrage progressif, impossible sous forme de cachets Les médicaments de ce genre ne sont pas inutiles (mais y en a qui devraient clairement disparaitre ...) mais ce qu'on dit rarement c'est que ce sont des béquilles sur lesquelles s'appuyer quand il y en a besoin , mais que le plus gros du boulot c'est toi qui le fait , intérieurement, mentalement, physiquement etc ... sans ça ils sont inutiles et font parfois l'inverse de ce qu'on souhaite De mon coté j'ai testé BEAUCOUP de choses pour aller mieux, sofrologie, psychologue, plantes, alcool, sport, magnétiseur, méditation .... Je ne suis toujours pas débarassé de tous mes problèmes et ça dure depuis plus de 10 ans , mais j'ai pu remonter la pente en partie et stabiliser certaines choses Il faut une volonté implacable, apprendre à lâcher prise, prendre sur soi sans saturer ses émotions etc ... c'est pas simple, mais pas impossible, il faut savoir identifier tout ce qui peut être bon, tout ce qui est mauvais, et parfois faire des choix radicaux pour pouvoir aller mieux La bulle familiale est parfois le pire poison qui soit quand on est pas bien, un ami à su tenir dans sa dépression grace aux amis qu'il avait autour de lui, moi j'ai du partir du cocon familial pour ma propre survie Bref je vais pas m'étaler et nos expériences sont différentes mais je vais tout de même te laisser un petit truc qui , sait on jamais, pourrait t'aider : de la méditation ... je sais ça a l'air con , moi même je suis pas trés réceptif et pourtant j'ai trouvé LE truc qui à fonctionné pour me sentir un peu mieux et même mieux dormir Le Guide HEADSPACE de la méditation, en version française. C'est disponible sur Netflix, sinon en cherchant un peu tu peux en trouver des extraits / playlists sur youtube, il y a une playlist des 8 épisodes qui traine sur youtube en français, elle est pas de trés bonne qualité mais c'est un début. Tu te poses , tu fais en sorte qu'on te dérange pas (une séance fait 10 min environ) , tu lances le truc (idéalement dans un casque sur les oreilles) et tu te laisse guider par la voix tu type qui fait la séance , et tu vois ce que ça donne, c'est pas un truc miracle, ça se pratique sur la durée chaque jour mais ça peut vraiment faire de l'effet positif Voila ça sera ma maigre contribution , ma BA du jour , en espérant que ça t'aide.2 points

Bonjour , je joue à Dragon quest 9 et les quêtes Wi-Fi ne sont plus disponible depuis 2014 hors via un DNS préféré et Auxiliaire on peut les avoirs ainsi que le VPC DQ , mais l'émulateur RomStation ne le permet pas , donc j'aimerais la possibilité de récuperer ma save afin de la mettre sur un autre émulateur pour pouvoir les débloquer , je suis bien trop avancer sur ma save pour juste changer d'émulateur d'ou ma requête1 point -
Après 5h de jeu, et toujours pas fini le chapitre 1 (donc le début hein) : IN-CROI-YABL. Du grand FF. J’aime le FF en 2d, j’aime le fan service tant que c’est pas abusé, j’aime le système de classes, j’aime bien les cristaux, j’ai des pixels du fan service des classes et des cristaux. C’est pas très dur pour l’instant en mode normal et on enchaine assez facilement. Le seul défaut ce serait mon manque de sommeil qui m'empêche de le saigner plus vite. (J’suis pauvre donc vous comprendrez que je l’ai tipiak sur la snontch pucée.)1 point

In Monsters: Joker, you play an aspiring monster tournament competitor. The goal is to recruit and train a team of monsters powerful enough to win the Monster Tournament of the Granpool Archipelago.
The game uses the same combat engine as Dragon Quest VIII, turn-based where commands are issued, and then the game shows the results in 3D.
There are many monsters spread over 8 families so it is up to the player to find a combination that takes into account the strengths and weaknesses of the monsters. The player's character also doesn't fight directly in the battles, but aids the monster team with potions and other power ups.
Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is also used to fight a battle vs AI opponents ranked similar to the players monsters, however this can only be done once per day so the daily rewards aren't over collected.1 point -

PaRappa the Rapper is a game based on lyrics, music and rhythm. The game itself is very basic - each stage has a 'teacher', that PaRappa must follow. You'll see the teacher say some lyrics, and then PaRappa must copy the teacher by pressing the appropriate buttons to repeat those lyrics back. Rap well, and you'll be able to continue; fudge up the lyrics, and the music will start to distort and the teacher will become displeased. Continue to mess up and you'll fail the stage.
Of course, the goal is not to copy the teacher, but instead to outperform them - you can do this by improvising in the song's gaps. Listen to how the song goes, and improvise in time to the music; if you perform well enough, the teacher will step aside, leaving you to freestyle on your own!1 point -
C'est un plaisir d'avoir pu rejouer à ce titre. Contrairement à d'autres Castlevania, du moins aux titres auxquels j'ai joué, vous n'êtes pas uniquement sur une seule "Map". Et le fait d'avancer progressivement de lieux en lieux renforce le sentiment de "poursuite" et d'accomplissement. Chaque zone possède son lot d'ennemis et son biome auquel il faudra s'habituer. De plus, vous avez également la possibilité de réaliser des quêtes secondaires, de visiter les zones précédemment accomplies lorsque vous aurez débloquer d'autres pouvoirs. La mécanique des glyphes est intéressante et permet une approche de combat personnalisée, bien qu'il faudra faire attention aux différentes faiblesses des ennemis pour être le plus efficace possible. De plus, ce titre possède aussi de belle musiques et une histoire sympa. Bien que ça ne soit pas le plus grand des points forts de la licence. Ici, on change un peu de certains classiques Fouet VS Dracula et sa clique. Mais...à vous de découvrir la suite.1 point -

Mark Hammond is an ex-gangster who wants to forget his past and live honestly with his wife and little son. Everything goes horribly wrong when London's most vicious criminal, the organized crime boss Charlie Jolson, decides that he needs Mark's services and obtains them in a twisted and cruel way: Mark's wife is murdered, he is framed for this murder, and his child gets kidnapped.
Jolson makes it clear: unless Mark does what he orders him to do, the boy dies. Using the helpless man in his plan to bring down other criminal organizations of the city, Jolson sends Mark on suicidal missions during which Mark has three terrible choices: walk away and lose his son, get killed in a battle against overwhelming odds, or single-handedly help Jolson to get rid of his adversaries.
Once the player completes Mark Hammond's story, a new scenario opens, in which the player controls Frank Carter, a vigilante cop who won't stop until he brings Charlie Jolson to justice. Frank's scenario is parallel to Mark's, shedding more light on events that remain somewhat unexplained during Mark's scenario.
The Getaway is a hybrid of driving and third-person shooter gameplay, similar in concept to Grand Theft Auto III. London has been digitally recreated for this game, and the player can explore it freely on foot or driving a vehicle. Unlike GTA III, missions follow each other linearly, dictated by the plot. The game is more story-driven and does not have any free-roaming activities. Many of the driving sequences also have a time limit, restricting free exploration.
Each mission usually consists of a driving section, which requires the player to drive to a certain destination (sometimes chasing another vehicle or being chased by enemies), and a third-person shooter section, often with an additional driving section afterwards. Police or rival gangs will frequently pursue the protagonist. The player can hijack any car or bus from the streets, or move on foot.
Third-person shooter sequences are longer and more prominently featured than the corresponding sections of GTA III. The protagonist can perform a variety of moves: sneak, crouch, roll to the sides, etc. A few missions are completely stealth-oriented, and are failed if the player character is discovered by enemies. It is possible to use the butt of the gun as a melee weapon, and also take hostages to prevent the police from shooting at the player character.
The game's distinguishing visual feature is a total absence of visible interface and text feedback. Rather than consulting a map, the player follows the car's blinking lights to arrive at the right destination. Damage taken by the protagonist is indicated by the character bending over, walking slower, and having blood on his clothes. Health is recovered by resting (leaning against a wall); there are no health kits scattered around. The protagonist can carry only two small or one larger weapon at once.1 point -

Silent Hill: Homecoming is the sixth entry of the Silent Hill series. This time around the player takes control of a new protagonist by the name of Alex Shepherd who returns to his hometown of Shepherd's Glen and learns of the disappearance of his younger brother, his search leads him onto the fog-laden streets of Silent Hill where he must search the desolate town in order to rescue his brother and learn of his family's dark secrets in the process.
The gameplay is the same as it's previous entries where the player searches for objects and uses weapons and hand-to-hand to combat and defend against grotesque monsters while solving puzzles to advance further into the game. It features a brand new graphics engine giving a realistic horrifying feel along with music composed by Akira Yamaoka who also composed for previous incarnations of the Silent Hill incarnations.1 point -
astlevania: The Dracula X Chronicles is a remake of Castlevania: Rondo of Blood. The remake features 3D graphics, though the gameplay is largely identical to the 2D platform style of the original. It also adds a Boss Rush mode that unlocks a minigame when completed three times.
The original version of the game as well as Castlevania: Symphony of the Night are included as unlockable content. This version of Symphony of the Night allows the player to control Maria as the protagonist (like in the earlier Saturn version) and also has new sound effects and voice acting.1 point -

Jade Cocoon is, at its core, a Pokémon-like monster-breeding RPG. You must fight monsters and capture them once they become weak enough. Then you have to experiment and to cross different kinds of monsters with each other, to obtain more powerful species which you can later use in battles. The battles themselves are typical turn-based ones, with several menu choices, such as "Attack", "Defend","Catch" or "Item". The monsters are all visible.1 point -

Much use is made of the unique features of the DS. You will use the stylus, the microphone, and even the "sleep" feature in addition to more traditional puzzle solutions. Your character cannot die; there are no action or arcade sequences.1 point -

With the original Sensible Soccer having sold hugely, this updated version was released some months later (and then used as the basis for the later console versions). The teams are updated, with the sides present in the 92-93 European tournaments included, and the player names updated to take transfers into account.
The game was tidied up and changed in a number of areas. The most significant change is the addition of red and yellow cards for discipline (2 yellow card offenses or one professional foul (denying your opponent a clear goal-scoring opportunity) results in that player being sent off). The goalkeepers have been improved in skill, and the 1994 World Cup Qualifying tournament was added.1 point -

In this version of the Mobile Suit Gundam series, a war as taken place between the The Titans and a splinter group of the Earth Federation called the A.E.U.G. Several years after the One Year War, the A.E.U.G. is formed from a group of disillusioned members of the Earth Federation and is now waging war against the Titans and it is up to the remaining members of the EF to team up with the Titans to stop this menace.
The story revolves around a Gundam pilot named Kamille Bidan, who pilots the game's namesake the Zeta Gundam, but the player can also choose which side they want to fight for, either the Titans/Federation or the A.E.U.G. The gameplay mostly consists of traversing landscapes and destroying enemy mechs and completing objectives. The mechs can also convert into secondary vehicles such as jets with more powerful weapons as well.1 point -

Def Jam: Fight for NY is the sequel to the out-of-left-field Def Jam: Vendetta.
The game opens with the person you beat in the previous game, D-Mobb, being arrested. As the police are driving, an SUV comes out of nowhere and smashes into the car, setting D-Mobb free. After a quick cutscene, it turns out the person who was driving the SUV was you, and you have now joined D-Mobb's crew.
Fight for NY's story mode takes you through the ranks, and pits you against tougher and tougher fighters. You start off in D-Mobb's crew as a nobody and will have to work your way up, fighting off people from other crews, including D-Mobb's rival, Crow. You'll take part mostly in one-on-one brawls, with the odd team match and free for all thrown in.
To aid you in fighting, you can use the environment to hurt your enemy. You can smash people into wooden/cement walls, fences, or just whack them off of a wooden pillar. Speakers, soda machines, garbage cans... All there to harm your enemy (or you). Some objects are interactive, such as floodlights, which will change the lighting of the ring once someone's been thrown into them. You have weapons at your disposal, usually a metal pipe, pool cue, and a broken bottle.
The crowd also gets into the action, which can be good or bad for you. You can throw an enemy into a crowd and have them push him towards you; you can knock a stunned enemy into the crowd, and they will hold him down, giving you free shots; or you can throw an opponent into a part of the crowd holding a weapon, and they'll use the weapon against him.
There are five fighting styles available to you. There is Street Fighting, which focuses on punches; Kickboxing, which focuses on kick attacks; Martial Arts, which focuses on speed, running, and acrobatic attacks; Wrestling, which focuses on standard wrestling moves, like bodyslams; and Submissions, which focus on wearing down a specific part of the enemy until that limb is damaged enough to earn a submission.
In addition to Story mode, you have Battle mode, which allows you to play with up to four players in different types of matches.
Fight for NY has lots of unlockables. Earning reward points from Battle matches, you can purchase new fighters or venues to fight in.1 point -

Dragon Ball : Advanced Adventure follows the exploits of young Goku as he sets out for the first time to seek the legendary Dragon Balls. Based on the earliest manga chapters (before the series turned into Dragon Ball Z series), players fight their way through platform levels, bashing countless goons and bosses inspired by pivotal events and characters from the series.
While the game's levels are straightforward brawls, special duels and tournament sequences play like classic fighting games, albeit with simplified controls. Goku can punch, kick and use his magic staff. After a certain point in the game, getting the Flying Nimbus, he receives the ability to engage into air combat. After completing the story mode, duel characters become available for customizable one-on-one bouts. Additional characters and mini-games can be unlocked by satisfying special requirements, e.g. completing the story mode unlocks Goku's fiend Krillin as a playable character.1 point -

Comme tout bon ancien pauvre ne pouvant s'offrir que des Cd Démo à l'époque, la démo de ce jeu aura été mémorable. Les enfants aisé n'ont pas connu cette sensation de devoir imaginer la suite à chaque fois par manque de moyen, eux ils avaient le jeux en entier (leur imaginaire n'avais plus d'être dans ce cas). ZEQ2 Lite est une impressionnante utilisation du moteur open source ioQuake3 et un brillant hommage à Dragon Ball. Ainsi, vous pourrez incarner les surpuissants Saiya-jin et leurs ennemis dans des combats d'arène gigantesques où chaque joueur dispose d'une totale liberté de mouvement. Les effets visuels et sonores (auras, impacts, soulèvements de rochers, ...), comme les mécaniques de jeu (transformations, attaques spéciales, gestion du Ki, ...), respectent scrupuleusement les codes de l'anime. Un superbe jeu pour tous les fans de Dragon Ball !
