J'ai découvert une série que de j'adore grâce à ce titre 😍 Un jeu que je ne possédais pas à l'époque, que j'ai fait sur une sauvegarde déjà terminée et donc : j'ai rien compris 😂 Les objets, leurs utilités, quand les utiliser, ... J'ai passé 20 minutes au villages des mouettes à galérer et crever sur la plage, le seul endroit ou j'ai réussi à aller ; wouha l'exploit de fou 😅 Du coup j'ai écrasé la sauvegarde, repris de zéro, vécu une aventure épique et qui m'a paru vraiment longue Faut dire que c'est mon premier Zelda, que je ne connais rien du jeu et que déjà : J'ADOOOOOOORE (encore une rèf qui ne parlera qu'à moi) Gameplay facile à prendre en main, musique qui reste à jamais gravé en tête, difficulté bien dosée, mais surtout : ce put*** de Gaepora, le hibou qui va te casser les coui**** à chaque fois que tu fais avancer l'intrigue principale. Alors oui il te guide pour comprendre les tenants et aboutissants de l'histoire, mais chaque fois que tu le vois tu sais que sa va être long avec ses "houhou" entre chaque phrase, même Navi avec ses "Hey" était moins casse bonbon (c'est une vieille expression pour dire que c'est chiant) 😝 Que dire de plus, les personnages sont suffisamment attachant pour qu'on se sente concerné par leurs malheurs, on retrouve beaucoup de monstre de l'univers Nintendo comme les Goombas, les Plantes Piranhas, Wart et même Kirby 😲 Je ne te dirais pas pourquoi on les retrouve ici pour ne pas te spoil J'ai adoré joué au grappin, le jeu du radeau, la pêche, la quête des échanges, mes balades dans Kokolint à la recherche des coquillages, quarts de coeurs, ... Une vrai merveille tant au niveau des quêtes principales que des secondaires 👍 Je vais arrêter là sinon je vais en parler pendant des heures, en ligne droite en descente et par vent arrière il se termine en 10 heures, 12/13 pour le 100% et c'est pour moi LE MEILLEUR JEU DE LA GAMEBOY 💘 Es-t-il seulement possible de donner une note à ce monument, cette icône, ce monstre vidéo-ludique Bien sûr que oui et elle est bien évidemment de : CULTISSIMASSIVE /20 Et je m'en vais demander de ce pas à ce que ce mot soit validé par l'académie française 😅3 points -
🔰 Crée en 2020 par Mugenation, Hokuto no Ken est un jeu de versus fighting adapté du Manga crée en 1983 par Tetsuo Hara. Ce Hokuto no Ken M.U.G.E.N est en fait le portage de Hokuto no Ken Fighting sorti en 2007 sur PlayStation 2, qui est lui-même le portage de Fist of the North Star sorti en 2005 sur borne arcade Atomiswave et comme dans le jeu d'origine crée par Arc System Works, ce M.U.G.E.N possède des sprites de grande tailles avec une très grande finesse. Cependant, deux choses séparent les trois versions : Premièrement, l'ajout d'un personnage supplémentaire, à savoir Shu qui est absent de la version Atomiswave ainsi que la version PlayStation 2. Secondement, la vitesse de jeu paramétrable, ce qui n'est pas possible sur la version Atomiswave et PlayStation 2. Ainsi, la version M.U.G.E.N est bien plus pêchu ! Toutefois, on déplorera qu'aucune scène d'introduction tirée de l'animé en guise d'opening ne soit présente dans cette version M.U.G.E.N Le jeu propose de retrouver une grande partie des personnages principaux vus dans le Manga : Kenshiro. Heart. Yuda. Rei. Shu. Jagi. Mamiya. Shin. Toki. Souther. Raoh. Le jeu se joue à la façon d'un Guilty Gear, avec 4 boutons : Low Punch. High Punch. Low Kick. High Kick. Les coups spéciaux s'effectue avec LP/HP, LK/HK, LP/LK et HP/HK. Du point de vue de l'animation, que dire si ce n'est que les personnages ont un beau balai dans le derrière. On est à des années lumières de la fluidité d'un Street Fighter III 3rd Strike. En même temps, çà ne dérange pas du tout, au contraire je trouve que çà reste fidèle à l'esprit de Ken. Une animation ultra fluide, aurait dénaturé l'anime, point de vue personnel. Les différents effets, chorégraphies des coups etc... sont excellents ! Aucun bug n'est à signaler après pas mal d'heures de jeu. Bref la conversion de Arc System Works à M.U.G.E.N s'est très bien passée ! Musicalement, c'est pas mal, mais en dessous de la version de Arc System Works. Par contre toutes les voix originales de la série japonaise sont bel et bien présente, et c'est ce qui pour moi renforce largement l'immersion quand on joue à ce jeu. Je vais vous faire un petit topos sur les différents stages : Village de Lin : C'est le stage de Mr Heart et de Kenshiro. C'est bien dommage que Ken n'a pas son propre stage ! Il s'agit du village où Ken affronte Zeed, lors du premier épisode de l'anime. (À noter que la ressemblance n'est pas flagrante, et que les persos du fonds sont mal animés.) Southern Cross : Le palais de Shin, dans la ville qu'il a fait construire pour Yuria, à savoir la croix du sud. Un stage important dans la série et bien retranscrit dans le jeu. Yuria est présente au second plan. Village de Mamiya : C'est la fontaine souterraine du village de Mamiya, là-même où elle rencontrera Rei pour la première fois, et là aussi où Ken soigna les yeux d'Aili. D'ailleurs les 2 tourtereaux se partagent le stage. Un superbe level ! Héliport : C'est l'endroit choisi par Jagi pour affronter Ken. Que dire si ce n'est que là encore les graphismes sont là encore de qualité. Palais de Juda : L'endroit même où Juda séquestre ses femmes. D'ailleurs, elles sont présentes dans le jeu. Je ne trouve pas ce stage très fidèle à la série puisque je n'ai pas un grand souvenir de cette salle. Par contre, mention spéciale, au UD dont le sol est frappé. La pyramide le l'empereur : Tout simplement le meilleur stage pour moi ! La cascade : Le lieu du combat Toki/Raoh et accessoirement le lieu de leur première rencontre avec Ryuken. On voit d'ailleurs les tombes de 2 frères ainsi que des parents de leurs parents. Un stage absolument magnifiquement dessiné, et très gai pour une fois. Temple du Hokuto Shinken : Le lieu de la confrontation finale entre Ken et Raoh ! Un stage somptueux. On y retrouve les différents modes de jeux typique aux jeux M.U.G.E.N : Arcade. Vs Mode. Team Arcade. Team Vs. Team CO-CP. Survival. Survival CO-OP. Training. Pour conclure, Hokuto no Ken M.U.G.E.N reste un jeu de baston 2D solide, à la réalisation certes facile puisque copié sur Guilty Gear mais qui devrait titiller la fibre nostalgique des vieux briscards habitués au stick et élevés aux dessins animés japonais diffusés le mercredi après-midi durant le Club Dorothée.3 points

Un jeu génial! N'hésitez pas pour ceux qui ne l'auraient pas fait! La difficulté est bien dosée (pas comme certains jeux de l'époque qui étaient tout simplement impossibles à finir) et le terminer à 100% est abordable. La durée de vie est pas dingue mais c'est avec grand plaisir qu'on s'y replonge pour le refaire une fois de temps en temps. A mon avis, le meilleur Super Mario Land et sans Mario! Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles II: Back from the Sewers

Je me doit de réparer une injustice, personne n'a commenté ce titre 😱 Il est bien 21/20 Ce jeu est un vrai plaisir à parcourir, on est accueilli par une belle cinématique pour de la GameBoy et le jeu peaufine ce qui marchait déjà très bien sur le premier opus tout en y apportant de gros plus. Des Sprites plus grands et bien plus détaillés, un bestiaire plus proche de ce que propose l'œuvre originale, une aventure plus longue qui sera cependant un poil plus ardu sans être pour autant insurmontable Le jeu est visuellement beaucoup plus beau que son prédécesseur bourré de petites animations, son ost est une petite merveille d'immersion quant à son gameplay : il reste quasi inchangé par rapport aux premiers opus, c'est toujours une horde d'ennemis qu'il faudra vaincre pour accéder aux niveaux suivants, niveau qui seront soit en 2d soit en déplacement libre façon double dragon, Streets of Rage,... Les stages bonus seront désormais disponibles dès la défaite du boss de fin de niveau et ils nous permettrons de regagner notre énergie en fonction du nombre de pizza récupéré si aucune de nos chères tortues n'a été mise KO/capturée et si c'est la cas, le bonus sera remplacé par un boss robotique qu'il faudra bien évidemment éliminer pour l'en libérer Du coup pour cette aventure c'est encore une fois April O'Neil qui est kidnappé, il faudra donc la délivrer du terrible Shredder et de son acolyte Krang tout en faisant face encore une fois à leurs subordonnés ainsi qu'au clan des foot Un des jeux de mon enfance que j'ai adoré parcourir, qui est toujours aussi fun aujourd'hui et que je conseille fortement à quiconque cherche un très bon jeu Gameboy Il obtient haut la main la note de : Pizza Anchois Ananas avec supplément Réglisse /202 points -

The court jester Dhoulmagus of the kingdom of Trodain stole a powerful magical scepter sealed beneath the royal castle. Using the power of the scepter, Dhoulmagus destroyed the castle, placed a curse upon the kingdom and its people, and turned King Trode into a troll and the princess into a horse. A sole surviving castle guard journeys with the king, the princess, a reformed bandit named Yangus and a few other companions in search of the evil jester and a way to break the curse.
Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King is a traditional Japanese-style role-playing game with random enemy encounters, simple turn-based combat mechanics, and management of a party consisting of four characters, each belonging to a clearly defined class. Unlike its predecessors in the series and most Japanese RPGs in general, the game features a continuous world with fairly vast landscapes and integrated towns and dungeons, as opposed to world map traveling and locations represented by icons. The game features full camera rotation and optional first-person view. Like in the previous Dragon Quest games, many objects can be interacted with; for example, barrels can be physically lifted, carried, and broken, to reveal items hidden within.
In addition to experience points, the player receives skill points from battles, which can be manually allocated into a skill category of the player's choice. These categories include three different kinds of weapons, fisticuffs, and a discipline unique to each character. After a required amount of skill points has been invested into a particular category, the correspondent character learns a new ability or becomes more proficient with the chosen weapon. The Alchemy Pot system allows players to gather recipes and mix items to create new ones.
The international version of the game features several updates to the original Japanese version, including voice acting, graphic menu, symphonic soundtracks, and flashier effects.2 points -

Yuri and Chelinka between them share a special mystical gift that allows them to control a magical crystal. When a mysterious robed figure appears in their small town, murders their father, and causes their two faithful friends to disappear, the pair must explore the countryside to rescue their friends. From there, it's a matter of confronting the sinister temple in the city which seems to be the center of all of this trouble.
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates is an action adventure where the player can choose to play solo, or as part of a group. There are two different modes of play - Story Mode, where the player follows the adventures of Yuri, Chelinka and their friends, or Multiplay, where the player takes on the dungeons from Story Mode alone or with up to three friends.
There are four different tribes to play as - Clavat, Yuke, Selkie and Lilty. Each tribe has its own distinct look, as well as a special ability. Clavats can perform a special jump attack using the touch screen, Yukes can use 'Mage's Needles' to reveal hidden blocks and vines, Selkies can double jump as well as charge up a powerful arrow strike against one enemy, while Lilties can use their urns to roll over hazardous terrain, float, jump over gaps, or to create magical elements called 'Magicites'.
Each tribe can use Magicite. These special magical elements come in different types: fire, blizzard, thunder, cure, raise and clear. By holding the X Button, the player can use Magicite by dragging a circle out onto the game field, and positioning it over either themselves or an enemy. The other players can place all of their circles on top of each other and release X simultaneously to 'pile' their magic and create more powerful spells. It's even possible to combine different types of Magicite together in this way to create new spells.2 points -

Drakengard follows the story of a kingdomless prince named Caim who fights for the Union against the Empire. Under the Union's protection are the Hierarchs and the Goddess, currently Caim's sister Furiae, who is a human manifestation of one of the four seals that protect the world from being broken. As the game begins, Cain is fatally wounded in a battle with the Empire. Encountering a captured Red Dragon who is also near death, Caim makes a fateful choice. In exchange for both their lives, the Red Dragon and Caim will enter a pact. This pact will forever chain their lives to one another and link their souls, at the cost of something irreplaceable. Recharged with the fires of a Dragon, Caim's vengeance burns over the enemy...
The player controls Caim on his quest. The game is separated into three distinct modes: Aerial combat, Ground combat and Event Combat. In Aerial Combat, Caim rides dragonback against a variety of airborne foes breathing fireballs (strong single shots and weaker multiple lock-on shots). The Dragon is agile and is able to evade incoming threats, turning around completely in a moment. In Ground combat, the game is shown in 3rd person though usually large, open areas. Controlling Caim, his primary ability is the use of a variety of weapons found on the battlefield. These are leveled up through continued usage, and specifically through the killing of individual enemies. Though magic (determined by weapon choice), timed attacks and evasion, Caim breaks through enemy armies. Characters recruited as allies by Caim can also be summoned during battles, steadily losing health until control is returned to Caim. In ground combat, Caim may also call forth his Dragon to ride and strafe enemies from the air. The Dragon's movements are generally the same as in aerial combat but more limited and less agile. Event combat is similar to Ground combat, but shown isometrically, restricted to a single weapon and without the aid of a dragon. It is used mainly to tell story sequences.
Levels that have been visited before might become "Expedition Missions" which are optional and contain new objectives, enemies and weapons. Additionally, any level previously played in the storyline may be revisited at any time. Depending on Caim's choices (and prerequisites for those choices), there are five different endings to Drakengard.2 points -

He learns that the world he knew was destroyed by Sin, a terrible being that is believed to be indestructible. Tidus meets a young summoner named Yuna, and joins her as a guardian on her quest to put an end to Sin.
Final Fantasy X is Japanese-style role-playing game set in a world somewhat similar to South Asia. Only individual locations can be physically explored; there is no "world map" in the game, and exploration is fairly linear. Enemy encounters are random; the game abandons the series' traditional ATB (active-time battle) combat in favor of a Conditional Turn-Based Battle system, in which the turns of the participants are determined by characters' stats and actions, with turn order displayed in the upper corner of the screen.
The game also departs from the usual leveling up system. There are no character levels in the game: instead, experience points received after battles can be allocated by the player directly to upgrade the characters' parameters. Each character has his or her special "sphere map", with straight or branching paths containing spots that increase the character's personal statistics, or teach him or her active and passive abilities. The characters are given distinct class attributes, and it is possible top switch between all the party members during the same battle. Monster summons (called aeons in the game) now behave like playable characters, have their own hit points (HP), and can fight for the party until defeated.
Conversations that occur during cutscenes have voice overs, for the first time in the series. The game features various mini-games, the most prominent of which are blitzball tournaments.1 point -

Plants vs. Zombies belongs to the "tower defense" sub-genre of casual games, where the objective is to deploy a series of stationary weapons to protect a structure against hordes of enemies. Plants provide the artillery and can be bought with sun power, the game's currency. The enemies are zombies invading a suburban lawn. At the start of each level, the player starts to plant the available seeds on the lawn in a strategic manner. Zombies slowly begin to appear from the street at the right side, just a few initially, and must be destroyed before they can reach the house on the other side. Sun power icons fall from the sky randomly and must be collected with the mouse to increase the funds. The sunflower can be planted to generate extra units of sun power but doesn't have any attack power against the invading undead. Besides their cost, the seed packs take some time to recharge after being used.
There are several types of offensive plants available. Peashooters are the basic variety, spitting a projectile forwards every few seconds. Variations appear later in the game, shooting several peas at the same time and freezing the enemies, making them move slower. The carnivorous plant gobbles up a zombie when he gets near its gaping mouth, but takes some time to do so, becoming ineffective while busy digesting the corpse. The cherry bomb explodes after being deployed, carbonizing any of the undead surrounding its landing spot. The potato mine is half-buried with a sensor sticking from the top and detonates when one of the walking dead steps on it. Plants can be removed with the shovel to make space for new ones.
Mini-games appear from time to time. There are twenty of them, and most are parodies of well-known casual titles: ZomBotany (1 and 2), Wall-nut Bowling (1 and 2), Slot Machine, It's Raining Seeds, Beghouled, Invisi-ghoul, Seeing Stars, Zombiquarium, Beghouled Twist, Big Trouble Little Zombie, Portal Combat, Column Like You See 'Em, Bobsled Bonanza, Zombie Nimble Zombie Quick, Whack a Zombie, Last Stand, Pogo Party, and Dr. Zomboss's Revenge. After being played once, they become available directly from the main menu.
The game has three gameplay modes. In the main adventure mode, levels get progressively more difficult, and at the end of each one, the player receives a new plant for the arsenal. Puzzle mode has two variations: "Vasebreaker", where the goal is to break the vases scattered on the lawn, to uncover plants or zombies and use the former to fight the latter, and "I, Zombie", where the player controls the zombies against the plants. In survival mode, the zombies attack in turns. After each turn, the player can choose plants from the arsenal. There are three types of survival: normal (one wave per turn, 5 turns) on each of the five maps, hard (two waves per turn, 5 turns) on each of the five maps, and endless (two waves per turn, endless amount of turns) on the pool map.
The Zen Garden stores all the available plants, where they have to be tended, watered, fertilized, sprayed for bugs, and listen to music. When they are happy, they drop coins that can be used to buy more plants and other garden additions.1 point -
