The Lord of the Rings 3: Return of the King est un vaste piratage graphique de Chinese Fighter III(Tenchi O Kurau III), un jeu de combat sans licence pour la Sega Genesis. Il ne reprend pas l'histoire du film du même nom, même si une séquence texte est présente dans l'intro. Il a été libéré par Glorysun à une date inconnue. (2000 par défaut) Il ajoute de nouveaux éléments graphiques, tous les sons et la musique sont les mêmes que sur le jeu original.

Ce jeu et "Chinese Fighter III" ont été les derniers jeux créés en utilisant le moteur de jeu de combat sur Mega Drive.
