Accessible from the application's integrated browser (Online tab), RomStation's Multiplayer mode allows you to port the local Multiplayer (LAN or shared screen) of emulated games online. You can also host a dedicated server compatible with a selection of PC games. This option is subdivided into three distinct modes to select when starting your server.
A video stream is shared between lobby players to virtually reproduce the split-screen game. Emulation and encoding are provided by a dedicated server to guarantee performance. Access is instant, without any download!
VPN server
A VPN is created to bring local area network (LAN) gaming online between lobby players. Emulators and games are automatically configured to allow each player in the lobby to join the game in one click. Prefer manual connection for games not in the selection. You will then need to manually enter the host's VPN IP in the game client or emulator to connect to the server.
Create your dedicated server compatible with our selection of PC games. Hosted on our machines, your server is always accessible to authorized lobby players. A FTP access allows you to freely manage your server and make your backups. This service is completely free, but servers that are left idle beyond 15 days are automatically deleted.
