As Sony's 32-bit ends its slow agony, the young Genin of Konoha who are beginning their long apprenticeship make a furtive appearance, and at least they'll be able to tell their children they were there (if they survive long enough to have any).

Shinobi no Sato no Jintori Kassen is the only Playstation game featuring the now-famous ninja in orange pyjamas. Now more accustomed to the countless fighting games exploiting the juicy license, fans of the series will be surprised to discover a software of a much less familiar genre, since it's an unlikely board game. Characters and events from the first season of the anime serve as the context for the game, and fans will no doubt be delighted to find the digitized voices of the original voice actors. Of course, a few notions of Japanese will come in very handy to better grasp the mechanics of this board game, which has never been translated into any language other than its original Japanese.
