Super Mario Bros 3D is a mini-hack made by Kaze Emanuar. It features 5 relatively short levels, with two Cap Switch stages and a final boss stage. There are lots of custom objects in this game and interesting level designs which give it a distinctive feel.
One of the defining features of this hack is that all of the main stages have 3 stars each - a "Course Clear" star for getting to the end of the stage, a 50-coin star (instead of 100-coin stars) and a 6 "red coin" star (coins are actually green). After collecting 20 stars, the Big Star which ends the game will appear in the overworld hub, as opposed to when defeating the final boss.
Another unique thing about this hack is that it allows the player to play as Mario or Luigi, who have slightly different attributes - Luigi can twirl in the air by pressing Z+B, but slides around on the ground more than Mario. The hack also allows the player to toggle the HUD by pressing L.

The game needs the expansion pack to work, don't forget to activate it!In Project64, click on "Options" then on "Settings" in the "Options" tab, you must uncheck the "Hide advanced settings" box. Then you have to go back to the settings, there will be many more tabs, click on "ROM settings", and set the size of the RDRAM to 8mb.
