B►Coup fort.

  9. Twilight Princess is the first Legend of Zelda game for the Wii and also the last for GameCube. At first Link is a simple farm boy, whose tasks consist of herding goats to watching children in Ordon village, Link's home town. One day, Link is asked by the mayor to run an errand in Castle Town, but things sudden go wrong…

The land becomes dark, and strange creatures appear from another world called the Twilight Realm, which turns most into ghosts. Link, however, becomes a wolf. After becoming a wolf, Link is aided by Midna, a resident of the Twilight Realm. Midna helps Link find a way to turn human again along with other tasks.

The wolf cannot use a sword or other items. Instead, as a wolf Link must use his senses to solve puzzles and get past obstacles. The beast can also dig holes to find hearts and rupees and to get in places. It can push blocks with its head to climb higher or reveal hidden passageways. Additionally, it can attack enemies by biting or pouncing on them.

As a human, Link can move around quickly, aim his bow, swing his sword, and even fish. Link also collects many different items, which allow him to perform varied attacks and reach places he couldn't before. Link performs many attacks with his sword and can even learn other sword moves.

The game's art is similar to the naturalistic style of Ocarina of Time, rather than the cel-shaded look of The Wind Waker. Chronologically, the game takes place between the two aforementioned titles and quite a few locations from Ocarina of Time can be visited. The main adventure takes place in several provinces with dungeons and temples. With the help of Midna, you can easily travel around quickly later in the game.

  12. The court jester Dhoulmagus of the kingdom of Trodain stole a powerful magical scepter sealed beneath the royal castle. Using the power of the scepter, Dhoulmagus destroyed the castle, placed a curse upon the kingdom and its people, and turned King Trode into a troll and the princess into a horse. A sole surviving castle guard journeys with the king, the princess, a reformed bandit named Yangus and a few other companions in search of the evil jester and a way to break the curse.

Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King is a traditional Japanese-style role-playing game with random enemy encounters, simple turn-based combat mechanics, and management of a party consisting of four characters, each belonging to a clearly defined class. Unlike its predecessors in the series and most Japanese RPGs in general, the game features a continuous world with fairly vast landscapes and integrated towns and dungeons, as opposed to world map traveling and locations represented by icons. The game features full camera rotation and optional first-person view. Like in the previous Dragon Quest games, many objects can be interacted with; for example, barrels can be physically lifted, carried, and broken, to reveal items hidden within.

In addition to experience points, the player receives skill points from battles, which can be manually allocated into a skill category of the player's choice. These categories include three different kinds of weapons, fisticuffs, and a discipline unique to each character. After a required amount of skill points has been invested into a particular category, the correspondent character learns a new ability or becomes more proficient with the chosen weapon. The Alchemy Pot system allows players to gather recipes and mix items to create new ones.

The international version of the game features several updates to the original Japanese version, including voice acting, graphic menu, symphonic soundtracks, and flashier effects.

  13. Princess Peach has been kidnapped! Again! Everyone was celebrating the Princess' birthday when a giant birthday cake arrived... but then Bowser Jr. and the seven Koopalings popped out and kidnapped her! Mario, Luigi and two Toads make chase to rescue her once more. Will they succeed?

New Super Mario Bros. Wii is a continuation of the Super Mario Bros. games. As with the original, players jump, dash and grab power ups such as the Super Mushroom and the the Fire Flower, which lets them throw fireballs at their foes. New powerups have been added too - the Propeller Hat allows players to zoom vertically up in the air, and then glide back down, the Ice Flower lets players freeze enemies into icy blocks, and the Penguin Suit gives them traction on ice as well as allowing them to belly slide. Yoshi, from Super Mario World makes a return, as well - players can ride him and he'll eat enemies and berries in levels.

  15. Metal Gear Solid 4 is the fourth major installment in the series, developed by Hideo Kojima. It resolves previous plotlines by reintroducing characters from earlier games. The story follows an aged Solid Snake deployed to the Middle East in 2014 to thwart Liquid Ocelot, who aims to control the Sons of the Patriots and build an army.

The game introduces new actions, an enhanced camera, and a redesigned combat system. Camouflage is replaced by Octocamo, and the stamina gauge by a stress meter, affecting accuracy based on combat and climate conditions. Snake has access to a diverse array of customizable weapons.

Gadgets include the Solid Eye (electronic binoculars) and the Metal Gear Mk. II (exploration and stunning robot). The multiplayer, Metal Gear Online, features original modes like "Sneaking Mission" and "Team Sneaking" based on stealth elements.

    Deadpool

In Deadpool, players control Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool, a foul-mouthed mercenary. After failing to assassinate a corrupt media mogul, he uncovers a larger plot threatening humanity. With the help of X-Men characters and Cable, Deadpool takes on Mister Sinister and his Marauders. The game features Deadpool breaking the fourth wall, third-person combat mixing guns and katanas, and mechanics like health regeneration and teleportation. While lacking multiplayer, a challenge mode offers wave-based combat for players to test their skills.

    Tomb Raider

    Maximo

You control the fate of the gallant Maximo, who returns home to find his kingdom in shambles. Your once-trusted advisor, Achille, has wrought evil on the land. Not only is the countryside filled with hordes of the roaming undead, but the four wise (and beautiful) sorceresses have been imprisoned at the four corners of the kingdom, and to make matters worse, your girlfriend, Princess Sophia, has been forced to marry the scoundrel Achille. Help Maximo rescue the sorceresses, restore good to the kingdom and get your girl back.

Maximo: Ghosts to Glory is a 3D action game with an emphasis on combat. Maximo fights using his sword and shield, which can be upgraded and used in various combinations, inflicting damage on different types of enemies. His health is measured by the strength of his armor; once it is broken, Maximo will die from one hit. Coins can be collected and paid in order to ensure the possibility to continue playing the game following Maximo's death.

  23. It comes from the future. It can take any shape and survive almost any injury (even when a 10-gauge shotgun blast opens it up like a tin can). Its mission: eliminate John Connor. Its name: the T-1000. Against it stands one hope: you, a terminator model T-800... equipped with on-screen target search displays, a lever-action Winchester, and 10 barrels of high explosives... one mean machine. Protect John Connor (before a 23,000 lb. tow-rig plows your Harley into tomorrow). Save humanity (while Uzi-armed SWAT teams try to blow you away). Terminate the T-1000 (steel mill metldown!)... or mankind is history.

  24. While sharing the name with the SNES title, the Game Boy version of Jurassic Park Part 2: The Chaos Continues has little in common with its bigger brother except the basic premise.

The player controls Dr. Alan Grant who returns to the dinosaur island one year after the events of Jurassic Park and must make his way through four zones of two levels each of side-scrolling platforming. The goal in each level is to collect a number of magnetic ID cards which open up the level exit. Many different species of dinosaur stand in Grant's way: walking, flying and even the swimming kind. To defend himself, he has access to a gun as well as hand grenades, both with unlimited ammunition. When going for a swim, the gun turns into a harpoon. When he gets hurt, he can heal himself through medkits that can be found lying about. Extra lives are also available.

Set between the platforming levels are various boss fights against powerful enemies like a Triceratops, Pteranodon, Velociraptor and T-Rex, each of which requires a unique strategy to defeat.

Further variation from standard platforming comes in two T-Rex pursuit stages. In these, a T-Rex approaches from the left side of the screen which scrolls to the right automatically, allowing for little to no margin of error in choosing the right path. These levels also contain ID cards. These do not have to be collected, but picking them all up results in an extra life being awarded.
