FIST is a 3D polygon-based fighting game released on the Sega Saturn & Playstation game consoles. FIST was created by Imagineer as a sequel to the Pretty Fighter series, but had little success. The game features 8 characters including 5 new characters original to the game. Marin Aoki, Ai Momoyama and Maria Christel from "Pretty Fighter" are featured in FIST. The game has low reviews due to the limited movesets for each character.

The game modes are:
- Scenario: Story mode, beat all the computer characters.
- VS: play against another human player or againts a computer player

As a plus, well at least for voice actress fans the game comes with a free CD single featuring 3 music tracks.
