- Pirates of the Flying Fortress: An expansion for Two Worlds II. Using either an imported or newly created character of level 42 or higher, players encounter a pirate captain who is on a quest to find a lost treasure. Set on a tropical archipelago consisting of four large islands and five smaller ones, sailing (or swimming) becomes more significant compared to the main game, though boat controls have been adjusted: wind now plays a minimal role. Teleports are still available.

In terms of gameplay, there are no major changes: new weapons, new enemies, new dialogue animations, and more gimmicky boss fights are introduced. Quests are more linear and rarely offer multiple solutions.
