This hack serves as an extension to Star Revenge 5: Neo Blue Realm, taking place after the bad ending, changing levels to a more "dystopian" version of themselves and hiding stars in more unconventional locations.
This hack contains a total of 70 stars. In addition, there are no 100 coin stars in this hack, instead the seventh star in each course is replaced by an invisible box except Course 4, which can be found with hint are scattered throughout the game, and saving cannot be done between stars, only when the three switches in the overworld, collecting the red coin star behind the 65 star door, defeating Reverse Tower Bosses and talking to Toad outside Reverse Castle Blaudia.

The game needs the expansion pack to work, don't forget to activate it!In Project64, click on "Options" then on "Settings" in the "Options" tab, you must uncheck the "Hide advanced settings" box. Then you have to go back to the settings, there will be many more tabs, click on "ROM settings", and set the size of the RDRAM to 8mb
