Koopa the quick owned the moon, but Bowser decided to steal it, so it's up to Mario to save the moon. As Mario collect stars, Bowser decides to hire a samurai to get rid of him. Sadly, he gets killed because the sun is a deadly laser and Mario gets fight his spirit instead. Mario then beats Big Boo and beats Bowser.
Star Revenge 2 (Act 1) To The Moon is a ROM hack made by BroDute, it contains 85 stars and 10 worlds.

Indispensable: In Project64, click on "Options" then on "Settings" in the "Options" tab, you must uncheck the box "Hide advanced settings".
