Mario Party: Rosalina's Cosmic Icecap

:
"Use your Star Power to light the Observatory beacon." To guide Rosalina's lost child back to its home!
Fitting with the other MP1 styles, Rosalina's Cosmic Icecap has its own little situation. Still, it draws heavily from Super Mario Galaxy and even mixes a taste of classic N64-era to it - with the classic Rosalina design.
Talking about the board's design, it's a relatively simple loop around the Observatory, with two branches off of a "main" path (even if it bears little resemblance to one). The farther paths provide access to Chance Time Spaces and the two Boos.
The Lumas that make their home in the Observatory are involved in a variety of events:
Launch Star: Yellow Lumas can be found at one of four "Luma Spaces" (the extra Star Spaces). If you pay 5 coins, the Luma will transform into a Launch Star and send you to another Luma Space or back to Start, at random. It's a good way to fast travel, and it might be worth it if the Star is right after another Luma Space! It's also a good way to try to skip around to one of the Boos. Note: To select an option (pay or don't pay), press A or B accordingly on the message window.
Pull Star: Happening Spaces near a Blue Luma will cause the Blue Luma to transform into a Pull Star and warp an opponent to that space!
Red Star: The Happening Space near the Red Luma will grant you the power of Red Star flight, allowing you to travel to a rival's space. Depending on the space type, the space's effect may be activated again when you land!
Green Star: Happening Spaces near a Green Luma will cause the Green Luma to give you a Green Star gift. You have a 40% chance of receiving 20 coins, a 40% chance of 30 Star Bits, and a 20% chance of a Star!
Speaking of Star Bits, the Happening Spaces located near clusters of Star Bits will earn you between 3 and 13 Star Bits. While they may not appear to be of use at first, when you pass by one of the three Starshroom ships you'll trade your Star Bit stash for equivalent coins! Sometimes it helps to cash out on that little bit extra!
Finally, the Happening Spaces near groups of Ice Flowers cause your character to get blasted with a frost of cold air, losing between 6 and 12 coins.
