Car nous, les gens de droite, ne jugeons pas aux physiques ni à une race, mais au travail accompli. J'ai une anecdote à ce sujet : un jour, un Ivoirien vint poser son C.V dans mes cuisines : -Je lui dis, j'ai lu ton C.V et tu n'es pas trop au niveau ! Il me dit "Chef prend moi a l'essai, je vous montrez de quoi je suis capable Chef !" -Je lui dis, tu sais, tu seras avec des commis confirmés, des gens sortis de l'école hôtelière ?! Il me dit : Chef, prenez moi et je vous montrerais ! -Je dis OK, viens ce soir, on a 120 réservations. Alors non seulement il a assuré, mais le soir même, je lui ai fait signer un contrat de travail. Ce soir là, comme tout les soirs qui on suivi, il a survolé tout mes commis de niveaux BTS tellement sa technique était irréprochable ! J'ai jamais vu une telle détermination ! Et un an passé avec moi, il est reparti en Côte d'Ivoire et a ouvert son propre restaurant qui cartonne : il fait un mix entre la cuisine ivoirienne et française issue des techniques culinaires que je lui ai appris. Je suis super fière de mon S.Koné il a tout compris et un jour, j'irai dans son pays goutter sa cuisine du Chef S.Koné.
