World Soccer Jikkyou Winning Eleven 2000: U-23 Medal e no Chousen is a Sports game, developed by KCET and published by Konami, which was released in Japan in 2000.
The second installment of the Winning Eleven series, and the first game with a proper license (some players now have real names, like Beckham instead of Deckham). The game has an extended Master League, with two divisions and more clubs, as well as more international teams. Gameplay has also been changed to be smoother and more realistic.
