Point Blank est un jeu vidéo de tir au revolver, comprenant de nombreux types de mini-jeux évaluant votre compétence au tir dans tous ses aspects (rapidité, précision...). Les mini-jeux sont variés, et l'on peut y jouer seul ou à deux joueurs. Il y a également un mode "Aventure", où l'on accompagne Docteur Don et Docteur Dan dans leur quête du "Pistolet Browning", avec de très étranges rencontres sur le chemin...
