This append disc for Beatmania contains 5 songs from Beatmania Append 3rd Mix and came as a bonus disc with the purchase of the audio soundtrack CD for said game.
It was never released on its own, unlike the rest of the Beatmania Append discs. It still needs one of the key discs (like Beatmania Arcade 2nd Mix) to start up however.
