Project Kaizo is a mod designed to enhance the cooperative gameplay experience in the story mode. Unlike other mods such as "Player 2 - Drop In, Drop Out!", this mod eliminates the need to despawn the second player during cutscenes or worry about issues like red circles and cars lacking seats for the second player. Additionally, any character can assume the role of the second player. The mod includes a revamped cheat menu inspired by PTMG and introduces a compelling feature – the integration of mods from PC.

MAIN FEATURES:

- Cooperative storyline for 2 players.
- Compatibility with autosave and previously saved games (on PS2, compatible with 1.03 versions of NTSC and PAL).
- Restored Hot Coffee for PS3 and other platforms.
- Second player has a skin selector, and both players remain together throughout the game until a reset occurs.
- Constant health and armor for the second player (maintained even after despawning and respawning).
- Reworked cheat menu based on PTMG with options compatible with the second player.

- Accessible interiors similar to The Warriors (activated by pressing △/Y, limited to those necessary for missions).
- "Free us from Softlock" feature.
- Burglary houses now available in single-player mode.
- Importation of HUD.txd from PS2 to XBOX.
- Proper Radar utilized for both XBOX and PS2.
- NTSC version for PS2 defaults to the Modern Widescreen mod.
- Modifications to certain missions for proper 2-player gameplay, such as Blood Ring in San Fierro.
- Missions may fail if the second player is busted/wasted, enhancing the natural gaming experience.
- Option for players to exchange weapons (can be disabled in 2-Player Mode Options).
