Wacky Races is a Megadrive game that was unreleased while it was 100% finished because Virgin had failed to obtain the rights of the license.
This game looks a bit like Super Mario Kart, since it uses a system close to Nintendo's Mode 7. There is a Grand Prix mode and a Battle mode, both of which can be played to 2 players. The game had to be the only one to offer the music of the television series, with the agreement of the creators of this series: William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.

Heu what ? Hanna Barbera n'est pas une personne mais la société de production, créé par William Hanna et Joseph Barbera d'ou le nom de la société.

Ah d'accord, j'ai mal compris mes sources anglaises, autant pour moi ^^'.
