Mega Turrican: Director's Cut is a new version of Mega Turrican released as an aftermarket cartridge containing the original game, a new variant with some restored content and a score attack level. This version was also included in the Turrican Anthology compilation.

The Machine has enslaved the galaxy under its tyrannical rule.
