Ultraman Club: Teki Kaijuu o Hakken Seyo! is a strategy game released for the Game Boy.
First, you have to select one map from three available. Next, you have to choose one boss among 14 ultra warriors. Ultra warriors have the same exact habilities, but they all power up when they become bosses. The game starts once each warrior is on the board.
In this game, two maps, an allied one and an enemy one, exist at the same time, and enemy monsters attack from theirs to yours. You can do the same by attacking the enemy map from your map, and the first to defeat the boss wins.
There are different spaces on the board, such as spaces on which there are items and energy, and others where it is impossible to move during some time. On the board, you have to move your character from spaces to spaces, sometimes leading blindly yourself to the unknown: some spaces hide enemies or deal damages... Once an enemy is discovered, the screen moves out for another one used for battle. Four cards are distributed and organised in a random order and allow to fight alternatively. The higher the value, the higher its effect, and it possibly permits you to attack first if the value is superior to your enemy one.
