‘Real Bout Special’ creates a relatively fun game, with interesting concepts that far surpass the tasteless fighting games of this console. Takara, along with the exciting characters of King of Fighters, create a game that is a nice fun-filled fighting game that will make all trips more fun. With popular characters like Terry, Mai, Joe and Kim, its cartoon take of miniature fighters create a great graphical fighting experience. With an impressive amount of gameplay concepts packed into a tiny cartridge, ‘Real Bout Fatal Fury Special’ deserves some credibility, despite the largest deficit that the game makes – poor A.I.
