Title Fight is a versus boxing game with a behind view where you participate in a boxing tournament.

When starting the game four boxers can be selected. These are Chuck Denver, Lucky Marcano, John Freezer and Tony Buntz. If playing solo four boxers have to be defeated before you may box for the champions belt. These boxers are Maximum Schmidt, George Louisianna, Pinky Norman and Barry Holmes. It is also possible to box against a second player.
