Le but du jeu est de faire en sorte que quatre puyos de la même couleur se touchent pour les faire disparaître. Si vous avez d'autres puyos de la même couleur qui y sont connectés, ils disparaîtront également. Il est possible de jouer à deux et de gêner son adversaire en réalisant de multiples combinaisons.
