Dead or Alive: Xtreme Beach Volleyball features the female fighters from DOA 3 vacationing on Zack Island for 2-on-2 beach volleyball matches. You choose one of eight characters, with Lisa introducing the basics. Each day is split into four phases, letting you visit beaches, shops, the hotel, a radio station, and a casino (Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Slots).

You earn money by winning matches and gambling, then spend it on bikinis, accessories, and gifts to increase your partner’s loyalty. Matches use three core actions—serve, spike, and receive. Too many losses can make your partner leave, while consistent wins build loyalty.
