Wii Chess offers 10 levels of finely-tuned computer opponents to take on. Beginners can enjoy getting to grips with the game at its lowest setting and gradually challenge more difficult levels.
- Play against opponents near and far
Enjoy a game with a friend using one or two Wii Remotes, or challenge friends and unknown opponents with the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection! You can play against opponents of any level, or use the ranking system to play against opponents of a similar level.
- Improve your technique
Play back of previously-saved games and resume play from any desired point to review and sharpen your strategies!
- A true challenge for experts
Wii Chess uses Loop Express, a conversion of the Loop chess engine which ranked 3rd in the 2007 World Computer Chess Championship in Amsterdam. Top players are sure to find a suitable match amongst the high level computer opponents.
