Deluxe Super Mario Bros. Wii is a hack of New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

Notable changes:

All tower courses have been changed to fortress courses, and now consist of two main areas, followed by the Battle of Koopaling. The first area usually involves horizontal movement, and some forts involve vertical movement for the second area. One final note is that fort courses now use the same tile sets as castle courses, with the exception of one fort.

Some of the enemies in New Super Mario Bros. Wii now make more frequent appearances than in New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

- 77 custom courses, replacing all main courses in New Super Mario Bros. Wii
- Custom backgrounds for World 9
- Custom tilesets for at least one World 9 course
- Red Yoshi and Blue Yoshi now replace Pink Yoshi and Light Blue Yoshi
