Metamor Panic Doki Doki Youma Busters is an adventure game in which the player controls a group of 3 friends (2 girls and a boy) that after entering a cave they found an oni (demon) that transform the girls into animals, suddenly the rival of that demon appears and they fight, the rival is hurt but the 2 girls are transformed again into human.

They keep the briefcase of the rival and when they start to walk around the town a demon attack them. After defeat it they go to the town hospital and talk to the demon's rival and he explain them the new powers that they now got and that they got to fight to protect the town against the demons invasion. During the adventure they will have to fight against those demons.
