Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable is a PSP game developed by Namco Bandai. Yusuke Tomizawa (God Eater) and Yoshinao Doi (Steins;Gate, Madoka Magica) produced the game, while Gen Urobuchi collaborated on the project's planning and supervised the scenario. SHAFT and Gekidan Inu Curry provided the illustrations. The game was released on March 15, 2012.

It is a Roguelike RPG, with visual novel elements. It also has branching scenarios, new witches, and full voice acting. A promo video for it can be seen here (Japanese) or here.

Over the 5 days leading up to the game's release, short countdown videos showing the characters fighting various witches were released on the website's main page.
