Doki Doki Survival - Sanroku no Mystic is a dating game made for the Prince of Tennis franchise.

The protagonist is a junior high student named Kohinata Tsugumi, whose father is a ship captain who is currently carrying the tennis teams to the place they are supposed to have a training camp. Since Tsugumi is in a holiday that takes place in the same route, Captain Kohinata offered to take her there, plus the tennis team boys dsn’t really mind. She's joined her best friend, Tsujimoto Ayaka.

In the way, there is a typhoon and during the ruckus of leaving the ship, you are saved by Kaidoh and Momoshjiro and then by Tezuka. She loses conciousness afterwards, and awakens to Tezuka and Akaya’s worried face.

Apparently, everyone ended up in an unhabited island. However, Tsugumi’s father and the coaches’ whereabouts are unknown. After discussing, the tennis team decided to divide themselves in two groups: one would focus on the mountain area and the other on beach. Ayaka joined the beach team while Tsugumi joined the mountain one.

The gameplay is centered on having Tsugumi follow the boys the player wants to focus on and pick the right answer when asked. Tsugumi's daily activities there are helping the boys in their various survival chores and some mini-game through it.
