Koenji Onago Soccer is an adventure game that tells the story of ShigeruKo, a soccer player in his younger years that arrives at a ladies school (called Koenji Joshi) as the new physical education teacher when he will have to train a group of girls to become a soccer team. The game features a lot of different endings depending of the player choices during the game, the same for the team members, there are some members that will be avaliable if the player choose a route in the game and make the proper choices that will make the possible member to join the team.

During the matches the player decide the tactics during some parts of each match (like decide the kind of tackle that his player will do, the kind of shoot, etc.) and that will leave to a lose, a victory or a draw.

Released also for Nintendo DS, the game got a sequel called Kouenji Joshi Soccer 2 that was released only in Nintendo DS.
