J.League Winning Eleven 9 Asia Championship, also known as K-League Winning Eleven 9 Asia Championship in South Korea, is the second game on the Asia Championship series, an updated version of PES 5 that is developed and published by Konami. The game was released only on PlayStation 2.
The game includes the Japanese J League Division 1, J League Division 2 and K-League, the Chinese Leagues were removed from the previous edition.
The game also features for again Nippon Challenge mode (Korea Challenge in the South Korean version), where you play as Japan (or South Korea) and take them from the second round of the asian qualifiers of the International Cup. This game mode includes only the asian national teams from the 2006 World Cup Qualifiers from the second group stage, but you can't choose them in any game mode.
