Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai III Remix is a console version of the arcade game Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai III. You play strip mahjong against young, attractive female opponents. However, it's not a port, as there are many modifications. First, there is no nudity. While your opponents strip, they only strip down to their swimsuits.

This is a bonus game distributed with the Collector's Edition of Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai IV (containing such bonus material as collectible figurine, etc.). This remix edition however toned down some adult elements from the original Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai III (released in Arcades and Windows) to achieve CERO C rating. The game is not available on PS2 outside of the bundle.
