Ganbare! Nippon! Olympic 2000

:
Seventeen years after Konami released the first Track & Field in arcades, the company that started the genre is back with Ganbare Nippon! Olympic 2000. The button-mashing gameplay may be the same, but this time around there are twelve different events, motion-captured athletes, and four-player simultaneous play.
Go for gold in the 100m, long jump, weightlifting, pole vault, clay pigeon shooting, and more. Play in Single Event or Championship mode. Multiplayer capability allows for head-to-head showdowns or intense sports battles with up to four players.
Each event helps create a realistic sports experience by allowing players to master difficult joystick techniques that are unique to each individual sport. Skeet shooting requires a sharp eye and lightning-triggered finger reactions, while in rhythmic gymnastics the player can even use a dance stage mat. (PlayStation 2 only!)
In addition to the usual events, like the 100 meters and the long jump, more esoteric competitions are also included, like rhythmic gymnastics, which plays just like Konami's hit Japanese rhythm game, Dance Dance Revolution.
