The Flintstones est l'adaptation du film Les Pierrafeu sorti en 1994, lui-même issu de la série d'animation du même nom. Fred Pierrafeu doit traverser des niveaux en sautant de plate formes en plate formes, en donnant des coups de massue sur la faune environnante, ou en envoyant une boule de bowling ou un projectile trouvés en chemin. Chaque niveau est limité dans le temps.
