Seme COM Dungeon: Drururuaga is a game released for Game Boy Color on December 15, 2000 only in Japan. The game takes place 100 years after the events from The Tower of Druaga.

Both the player and the opponent have their own dungeon, each containing three important room types: the Jewel Room, the Warp Room(s) (amount varies depending of dungeon), and three normal rooms with a key in each one. The Warp Room allows the players to travel between the two dungeons. The Jewel Room is the starting point, where the Jewel Card is kept locked by a door with three locks. Each key will be set randomly in three of the normal rooms. The player must enter the opponent's dungeon by using a Warp Room and search for the opponent's three keys. After collecting all keys, the door in the opponent's Jewel Room will open. The first to obtain the opponent's Jewel Card wins. If a player is killed, he will lose equipment cards that were in use and drop one of his cards next to where he died. After some turns the player will revive in his Jewel Room with 0 MP.

Before starting the match, each player can use the mini map to prepare their defense by placing up to two creature cards from their deck in each room from their dungeon without using MP. Each player starts in their Jewel Room with 50 MP, with additional MP for remaining deck power not used in the deck, and gain 1 MP per turn. MP is used to pay the cost of Spell Cards to use them, allowing the player to summon more creatures, and use equipments and consumable items. Each room can hold up to eight cards from each player, including equipments given to creatures and the Jewel Card.

Note that in the story the dungeons from bosses have preset creatures, with many rooms having more than two creatures from the beginning, and a few rooms will have cards that can be taken and used by the player without paying their cost.
