The prototype of Rayman 3 on Game Boy Advance was discovered and dumped in August 2020. It contains a debug menu, old level names, and cheat codes removed from the final version of the game.

The names of the levels in the debug menu and the prototype itself clearly show that the game was a port of Rayman 2 on Game Boy Advance in its early days.

The name in the debug menu of Ly's Challenge 3 comes from the N-Gage version because this level had not yet been added when the prototype was created.
