Konami GB Collection Vol.2 is the second of four compilation games for Game Boy. Each compilation contains four Konamie installments. In PAL regions, it has been re-released as the third compilation game.

Vol.2 includes:
- Pop'n Twinbee (Twinbee da!!) is a remake of the classic top-down shooter TwinBee, released for the GameBoy portable consoles. Pop'n Twinbee puts you behind the controls of two experimental TwinBee fighters as you attempt to rescue Dr. Cinnamon from evil alien forces. In order to do that you must journey through 6 different planets filled with cute and surreal creatures bent on your destruction. The game uses the classic gameplay mechanics for the genre, with you controlling your craft as the background scrolls vertically towards the end of the stage and trying to survive and destroy all enemies with your laser shots. Twinbee features a selectable power-up system in which you must shoot the bell power-ups to select which type of upgrade you want depending on the color they take (or in this case, the shade of grey).

- Mystical Ninja (Ganbare Goemon: Sarawareta Ebisumaru!) is the first portable title in the Ganbare Goemon series which tell the wacky adventures of the mystical ninja Goemon as he fights evil across feudal Japan and beyond. In this title an enemy of our hero has kidnapped Goemon's buddy Ebisumaru and now its up to Goemon to rescue him and defeat this new menace. The game plays as an action RPG -lite played from a top-down perspective similar to classic Zelda games. Your objective involves traveling from town to town and get quests from assorted NPCs, which mostly involve retrieving items from enemy-filled stages. As reward you can get clues that aid you in your main quest as well as upgraded weapons and items that increase Goemon's abilities.

- Bikers (Motocross Maniacs) is a side-scrolling racing game with extremely perilous courses. You maneuver your rider through many jumps, loops, and mud hazards to achieve a record time. To assist you there are several power ups that give you more time to race, more nitro boosts, and more top speed. The main game is a solo affair. You attempt to complete the course before time runs out. You can also race one-on-one against the computer or against a friend via the link cable.

- Guttang Gottong (Loco-Motion) is a puzzle-style arcade game in which a train is riding on a grid of movable track pieces. The goal is to guide the train through the train stations located around the edge of the playfield. An empty section in the grid allows the player to shift adjacent track pieces into that section to alter the train's path, and a tracing light shows the path the train is taking as it moves. An accelerator button moves the train more quickly on its path, and a panic button will switch the piece of track the train is on with a random track piece on the grid. A bonus timer ticks down during gameplay, showing how many points will be received if the train arrives at a station in a timely fashion. If the timer reaches zero, "Crazy Trains" and "Loop Sweepers" will appear and race down the track in an attempt to crash into your train. Other obstacles include "Crazy Tracks" which can send your train in another direction, and exploding stations (occurring occasionally if the bonus timer reaches zero).
