The DreamOn series is a set of demo discs for the Sega Dreamcast, distributed in parts of Europe. They can be seen as a successor to the Sega Flash series for the Sega Saturn, as like the Sega Flash series, each disc contains a number of playable demos and watchable videos of upcoming video games.

Dream On Volume 21 is a Sega Dreamcast demo disc distributed in Europe as part of the Dream On series. It was sold with issue #20 of the UK's Official Dreamcast Magazine, issue #x of Dreamcast: Le Magazine Officiel and issue #18 of Revista Oficial Dreamcast.
