cannot purchase premium

I had it before but now my bank wont let the payment go through, wasted an hour opening a card through paypal and it wouldnt even accept it. using paypal and nothing else for purchasing is super bogus

I had to use a relatives card instead of mine, awkward conversation but I got it now
