-2 Kuppa Posté(e) 24 mars 2024 Partager Posté(e) 24 mars 2024 Hello, Start by reinstalling the application (if you want to keep your games and saves, remember to make a copy of the "games," "database," and "emulators" directories). - Then, try launching the app in admin mode (right-click on the executable) or install the app elsewhere than in "Program Files." - Check security configurations (antivirus/firewall) to see if they are blocking the application. - Update device drivers, especially those of the graphics card. - Also, try with the software decoder option when creating a game. - Next, your graphics card may be disabled. In this case, type "Device Manager" in the Windows search, then go to the "Display" tab and select "Show Hidden Devices." If your card is disabled, it should now appear. You will then need to right-click on it to reactivate it. - Although your connection may seem sufficient, wireless might be the cause of the problem. Therefore, you can also try: - lowering video settings: Framerate (30 FPS), Resolution (Native), and decreasing the Bitrate. - if possible, connect via wired internet or use a fiber box rather than a phone connection. - Finally, make sure Windows is fully updated, or uninstall the latest update as it may be causing the issue.
