Inputs not working

I've been trying to play games with my friend since we both finally have time off to do so. But for some reason, the game isn't reacting to my inputs, whether it's controller or keyboard. I've tested both outside of Romstation and they work perfectly fine (the fact I'm typing here proves the keyboard works), yet when trying to play the games and marking the keyboard as my controller, the game still won't respond to my inputs. Are we missing something?

On the "Controller Configuration" window, select the "Keyboard" profile and "Keyboard Mouse" as the device, try pressing some keys and you should see the values in the state column change.

im using an xbox contoller but when I press left trigger and right trigger at the same time it dosent work but when I press them one at a time they work can someone help

Yeah, I got this issue too. whatever cloud server I try to run, even when I map the controls and load the settings for them, no input works.. Some friends of mine also have the same issue.

Currently, there is an issue with simultaneous pressing of the L2 + R2 triggers with Xbox controllers.

 

Try configuring these buttons to different inputs, or use a PlayStation controller until the issue is resolved.

Well, it works in there, but not in game. And controller isn't even responsive in or out of game now.

where is this window when playing on cloud?

hey guys, i have a big problem my cloudplay is working and the game still running but is not working, i did the controller configuration(input)and everything but still do't working!! what i can do???
