Super Mad Champ is a very arcade motorbike racing game from the back where you can kick other competitors as you pass by them. But be careful because some are armed with chains or sticks. The races to be contested are divided into three championships for a total of twenty circuits. These are not always on asphalt, but also on dirt or ice roads. In the advanced races there are stepping stones, oil puddles and other obstacles. Each victory earns you money that you can spend on customising your bike or buying a new one. When you fall, you have to get back on your bike yourself. But as you are heading towards your bike, another biker stops and puts his foot down. This is when a fight breaks out, you can punch, jump and stand guard.
