Realm of the Paladin: Deceptions Plague

This quite unknown RPG features a fairly large world to explore, with many NPCs to communicate with (although, for the most part, it is quite useless). There are also battles, but they somewhat feel minor. After the release the game was criticized for its graphics: the perspective is isometric, but buildings, objects and especially the characters are all poorly detailed and blurry, making it difficult to comprehend the action, but huge fans of old-school RPG's may find some interest in giving it a try.
