This game is based on the award winning Pixar movie of the same name. Remy is a rat who dreams of becoming a cook like his hero, the famous French chef Gusteau. Due to a series of unfortunate events, Remy finds himself in the sewers of Paris right below Gusteau's restaurant.

Unfortunately, it is difficult for a rat to find a job in the kitchen, but through his friendship with a clumsy janitor, Linguine, they are able to work together towards achieving their goals. Unfortunately, there are many obstacles that stand in their way – scheming chefs, health inspectors, food critics and even Remy's family.

This game features many of the conflicts in the film, but expands on it with six open world environments to explore. There are numerous minigames featured that can be unlocked for multiplayer. Remy has to navigate his way through kitchens and sewers with platform mechanics. There are cooking challenges as well as chase sequences.

Ah ! Un jeu tiré du film de chez Pixar... Ca ne me semble pas très différent du Toy Story 2 sorti sur PS1...

C'était un bon jeu, et objectivement, même si c'est assez convenu, c'est ce à quoi on s'attend à jouer avec un jeu Ratatouille ^^' 

 

Toy Story 2 était un peu plus surprenant mais avait bcp de remplissage :les niveaux ne correspondaient que rarement avec le scénario (à part au début, le magasin et les 3 de fin ) et ne participaient pas à la narration...

 

Ce jeu est donc un peu plus convenu mais fait le café. Il est pour moi un peu "artificiel" dans son level design (le décor fait très JV, TS2 les intégraient un peu mieux je trouve) mais la durée de vie courte fait que le gamefeel est ok avec une courbe de difficulté ok ...

 

Si le principe de jouer au film vous plait, allez y, si le film ne vous a pas plu pour le côté amusant de voir un rat sauter partout pour faire de la cuisine, vous devriez passer ^^
