DmC: Devil May Cry is the fifth installment in the hack-and-slash third-person action series. It's a reimagining of the series, featuring Dante in an alternate universe with a Western influence. The game retains fast-paced combat, combo-driven gameplay, and introduces a new story set in the fictional Limbo City. Dante wields a variety of weapons, including Rebellion, guns, and Angel and Devil weapons. The plot revolves around Dante's discovery of his Nephilim heritage and his battle against demons, led by his brother Vergil and The Order.
