Meitantei Conan: Aoki Houseki no Rinbukyoku (Detective Conan: The Azure Sapphire Symphony) is an adventure and deduction game in which Conan and Heiji face epic events happening in Japan and the Kingdom of Andel. Players use both Conan in Japan and Heiji, who is investigating in the Kingdom of Andel, to investigate and solve the events that occur in the two countries until they discover an epic conspiracy that unites them.

By touching suspicious places at the scene of the incident and collecting "keywords", players approach the heart of the incident. Once all the keywords are collected, players can confront the culprit, exposing the falsehoods of the testimonies and revealing the full details of the incident.

Not only "the east and west's great detectives" Conan and Heiji, but also popular characters from "Detective Conan" such as the heroine Ran, the sleeping Kogoro, and even the phantom thief Kid appear in various forms.
