Jewelpet: Kawaii Mahou no Fantasy is the first Jewelpet videogame for the Nintendo DS. It was developed and published by MTO and released exclusively in Japan on April 30, 2009.
Jewelpet: Kawaii Mahou no Fantasy is a simulation video game. The player assumes the role of various Jewelpets as they dance to magical music. The players can choose between Ruby, Sapphie, Garnet, King, Diana, Prase, Rin, or Chite and accompanying stages. The player needs to tap on the flowers using their stylus to the rhythm of the stage's music. There are three types of flowers during gameplay. After finishing all stages in all 3 levels, the player's Jewelpet is rewarded with a special cape from Moldavite, which doesn't affect gameplay, but the Jewelpet can be seen wearing it when performing the stages at an excellent pace.
