INSANE PAIN is a new fighting game for the SEGA MEGA DRIVE / GENESIS system. The game is inspired by the first MORTAL KOMBAT games and it contains 3D pre-rendered characters like the first KILLER INSTINCT games.

It's a homage to the old classic fighting games of the 90s.
